Applications with COMPLETE documentary requirements with the appropriate labels / annexes ( https://immigration.gov.ph/downloads/checklists-of-documentary-requirements/accreditation ) shall be filed at the BIAU Room 208 Extension, BI Main Office, Intramuros Manila for Evaluation.
After evaluation, applicants may secure an Order of Payment Slip (OPS) at the BIAU and pay the appropriate fees at windows 7-8 Cash Section.

Relative to: (1) IATF-MEID Resolution Nos. 160-B and 160-D dated 03 and 10 February 2022; and (2) IATF-MEID Resolution No. 164-A dated 10 March 2022, please be advised of the following revised restrictions guidelines and quarantine classifications, effective immediately:

Following the approved recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force on Management of Emerging Infectious Disease (IATF-MEID) to downgrade the National Capital Region and other 38 areas to Alert Level 1 on 01 to 15 March 2022, NOTICE is hereby given to all BI Officials, employees, concessionaires and clients that:
1. The working capacity for all BI Offices in NCR and other areas under alert level 1 shall be at one hundred percent (100%) while observing the minimum public health standards. The Bureau's working hour remain unchange from 0700H to 1730H, Monday to Friday;
2. BI Offices in areas under other alert level shall continue to adhere to the exiting working capacities prescribed in the approved memorandum from the commissioner dated 07 December 2021 re: On-Site Capacity.
Further, fully vaccinated clients are EXEMPTED from the Bureau's Online Appointment System and shall be required to present their VACCINATION CARD / CERTIFICATION prior to entry. Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated clients are requested to continue securing an appointment online.

Following the approved recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) to retain National Capital Region (NCR) under alert level 2 from 16-28 February 2022, NOTICE is hereby given to all BI Offices, employees, concessionaries, and clients that:
All BI Offices in NCR and other areas under ALERT LEVEL 2 shall continue to operate from 0700H to 1730H while observing a minimum of 80% on-site work capacity.
Fully vaccinated clients are EXEMPTED from the Bureau’s Online Appointment System and shall be required to present their VACCINATION CARD / CERTIFICATION prior to entry. Further, unvaccinated or partially vaccinated clients are requested to continue securing an appointment online.
Registered aliens reporting for the Annual Report 2022 shall continue to secure an appointment online.

Following the approved recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) placing the National Capital Region NCR)on Alert Level 3 from 03 to 15 January 2022, NOTICE is hereby given to the transacting public that;
All Bl Offices in the National Capital Region (NCR) shall be open during weekdays but will observe at least 60% on-site work capacity while adopting applicable alternative work arrangements .
Fully vaccinated clients are EXEMPTED from the Bureau's Online Appointment System and shall be required to present their VACCINATION CARD/CERTIFICATION prior to entry. Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated clients are advised to continue securing an appointment online.
Registered aliens reporting for the Annual Report 2022 shall secure an appointment online.
We enjoined the transacting public to strictly observe minimum health and safety protocols while transacting with the Bureau's offices.

ACR I-CARD WAIVER ORDER RESUMPTION
Relative to the cessation of Commissioner Approved NWR - Extension of Payment of ACR I-Card Waiver Application Fee and ECR / RP or ECC / SRC in lieu of ACR I-Card Waiver Order, the following shall be observed immediately on 03 January 2022:
1. All departing passengers with approved and implemented visas but pending release of their ACR I-Card shall be required to secure an ACR I-Card Waiver Order at the Office of Deputy Commissioner J. Tobias Javier; and
2. Processing of ACR I-Card Waiver Order will only be allowed at the BI Main Office.
Existing guidelines for processing departing and arriving foreigners shall still be observed.
The foregoing is without prejudice to the exercise of the mandate of the Bureau of Immigration in Arrival and Departure Formalities.

Pursuant to Section 10 of Republic Act No. 562, as amended, also known as the "Alien Registration Act of 1950," ALL registered aliens shall, within the first sixty (60) days of every calendar year or from 01 January 2022 until 01 March 2022, report in person to the Bureau of Immigration Main Office at Intramuros, Manila, or to the nearest participating office. The parent or legal guardian of an alien who is less than fourteen (14) years of age shall have the duty of reporting for such aliens. Refugees and Stateless aliens are reminded that they are mandated by law to appear personally for 2022 Annual Report.
With the adoption and implementation of the IATF, DOH and CSC regulations on COVID-19 pandemic, all applications with the Bureau including the 2022 Annual Report, shall by by ONLINE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM. The appointment schedule shall be system generated and can be accessed thru http://e-services.immigration.gov.ph. The alien reportee shall present the following immigration documents, namely:
a. Original ACR I-Card or original paper-based ACR; and
b. Valid passport (except Refugees and Stateless aliens).
Failure to make the report shall subject the concerned alien at the option of the Commissioner of Immigration to an administrative fine or to prosecution and upon conviction be punished by a fine or imprisonment, or both.

Following the approved recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emergency Infectious Deseases (IATF-MED) to de-escalate the National Capital Region (NCR) to Alert Level 2 from 30 November 2021, NOTICE is hereby given to all BI Officials, employee, concessionaires, and clients that;
All BI Offices in NCR and other areas under Alert Level 2 shall observe a minimum 50% up to 70% skeleton workforce while adopting applicable alternative work arrangements. Working hours shall be reverted to 0700H to 1730H effective Monday, 22 November 2021 until further notice.
Fully vaccinated clients are EXEMPTED from the Bureau's Online Appointment System and shall be required to present to the Security Personnel their VACCINATION CARD/ CERTIFICATION prior to entry. Further, in order to ensure accommodation, unvaccinated or partially vaccinated clients are advised to continue securing an appointment online.
The Civil Security Unit (CSU) and all Division/ Section/ Unit Heads are enjoined to adhere and implement our minimum health and safety protocols despite the more lenient restrictions and gradual decline of COVID-19 cases in the country.

Please be advised that the Online Philippine Immigration Laws, Policies, Procedures and Accreditation Seminar (PILPPAS) is tentatively set on 14-15 October 2021. All Accreditation Private Entities (APE) are hereby enjoined to coordinate with the BI-Accreditation Unit (BIAU) for the said purpose.
In compliance with the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Disease (IAtF-MED) guidelines and to avoid large gatherings during pandemic, the PILPPAS shall be held via video conferencing. Accordingly, all liaison officers/ paralegals/ representatives shall secure their Order of Payment Slip (OPS) at BIAU Room 210 and pay the three thousand pesos (Php 3,000.00) PILPPAS fee at Windows 7-8, Cash Section not later than 08 October 2021.

All BI Offices in NCR shall observe a minimum of 30% up to a maximum of 50% skeleton workforce and operate from 0800H to 1600H during the period and shall continue operating visa applicable alternative work arrangement/s;

The Bureau of Immigration notes numerous requests appealing to receive their visa applications despite expiry of visa due to the effects of COVID-19 (i.e. travel restrictions, transportation dilemma, health issues, economic reasons and the likes).
For humanitarian consideration, the Bureau grants a 6 Months non-extendible grace period from the expiry of their visa to file their renewal / extension of visa applications.
Those applicants with visas that expired from March 16, 2020 up to 04 June 2021, who were unable to submit their visa application due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and quarantine protocols, they shall be given up to 30 November 2021 (non-extendible) to file their renewal / extension or amendment visa applications.
This covers only applicants who never left the country. Those applicants whose visas expired while they were out of the country will be admitted as temporary visitors, hence, the need to apply for conversion of their temporary visitor's visa to other appropriate visa type.

In the light of delay1 in securing documentary requirements2 from various government agnecies and in view of serving the interest of transacting public, all APE's whose BI accreditation expired on 30 June 2021 but with pending renewal applications are given until 30 July 2021 to comply with all deficient documentary requirements. APE's respective Liaison Officers and/or representatives with expired3 BIAU iisued ID's are hereby given a grace period of one (1) month or until 30 July 2021 to use all BI offices' Ingress anf egress, subject to existing Odd-Even Scheme.
