For the implementation of aforesaid approved visa petition, you are required to present the valid passport/s of the applicant/s to this office for assessment and subsequentpayment of the following applicable implementation fees.

Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. ADD-03-014 re Guidelines and Limitation on the Period of Implementation of Approved Visas, non-implementation of visas within TWO (2) MONTHS shall mean abandonment of the petition and implementation of the visa shall automatically be denied.


Schedule of Visa Implementation (Monday to Friday)

Office hours (7AM to 5:30PM)
Monday & Thursday	(9g visa, for both commercial and missionary visas)
Tuesday & Friday	(47a2, TRV & 13 series)
Everyday EXCEPT Wednesday	(Grace Period, E.O. 226, Re-stamping, 9d visa, PD 1034, Veteran's Visa)
Everyday	(all transactions under Double Express Lane)

Processing Time:

               47a2 visa under regular transaction, 1 week
               Single Express Lane, within 10 office hours
               Double Express Lane, within 2 office hours to 4 office hours
