Streamlining the requirements for the ACR I-Card application: Simplifying the documentary requirements for ACR I-Card applications, it is hereby ordered that, henceforth, ONLY the following documents shall be attached to the ACR I-Card applications. The processing of the application, however, shall be subject to verification process to determine the authenticity of the visa granted applicant.

Streamlining the requirements for the ACR I-Card application
Simplifying the documentary requirements for ACR I-Card applications, it is hereby ordered that, henceforth, ONLY the following documents shall be attached to the ACR I-Card applications: - Original copy of the Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR). In case of loss, however, applicant shall attach in the application an Affidavit of Loss and pay the corresponding fee for the duplicate original.
- Photocopy of the ICR/NBRC, CRTV, CRPE, CRTT OR CRTS. In case of loss, however, applicant shall attach in the application an Affidavit of Loss and pay the corresponding fee for the duplicate original.
- Photocopy of passport (Data/Photo page and the page where the visa or last visa extension was stamped)
- Photo copy of the Board of Commissioner’s Order, and
- For newly registered native-born, original copy of NSO – issued birth certificate and photocopy of the ACR and ICR of the resident parent/s.
The processing of the application, however, shall be subject to verification process to determine the authenticity of the visa granted applicant.
This Memorandum Order shall amend all Memoranda previously signed and issued on the documentary requirements for the ACR I-Card application.
Furnish copy of this Memorandum Order to the OIC, Alien Registration Division, Alien Control Officers (ACOs), BI-District Offices, ACR I-Card Center and One-Stop Action Center (OSAC), ACR I-Card.
