INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Bureau of Immigration (BI), through the Bids and Awards Committee, invites janitorial service providers and agencies to apply for elegibility and to bid for Thirty (30) janitors for sanitation, maintenance and janitorial work and services to be rendered at the premise of (1) the BI Main Office, Intramuros, Manila (2) the BI Detention Center, Bicutan, Taguig City and at (3) BI-PEZA Building Pasay City (4) NAIA 3. The Amount of  FIVE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (5,700,000) will be made available to cover funding requirements for janitorial services for FY 2011.

The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as Preliminary Examination of Bids and will conduct post-qualification of the bidder with the lowest calculated bid.
    
All particulars relative to this bidding shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 9184 and its implementing Rules and Regulations.

Prospective bidders may obtain Bid Documents after payment of P5,000.00 non refundable fee, from the BAC Secretariat, Finance & Management Division 2nd floor, Bureau of Immigration Main Office, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila starting September 24 until October 26, 2010 during office hours from 7:00 a.m to 5:30p.m.

The Bureau of Immigration reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any required formality and accept the offer most advantageous to the government. The Bureau of Immigration likewise assumes no obligation to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expenses or losses that may be incurred in the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
