This serves as notice that the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), after the integrated evaluation conducted by the Technical Working Group (TWG), have signed and issued Resolution No. DR2009-020 dated December 21, 2009, awarding the contract for the Bureau's BUSINESS CONTINUITY/DISASTER RECOVERY FACILITY SERVICES amounting to TWELVE MILLION PESOS (12,000,000.00) to TOTAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT CORPORATION (TIM).

You are therefore advised to send a duly authorized representative within four (4) days from receipt of this Award of Contract to negotiate the terms and conditiond leading to the execution of contract between you and the Bureau of Immigration.
