INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Bureau of Immigration (BI), through the Bids and Awards Committee, invites suppliers/distributor/manufacturer/contractors to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract.

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): P2,000,000.00

The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
    
All particulars relative to this bidding shall governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 9184 and its implementing Rules and Regulations.

Prospective bidders may obtain eligibility requirements at the BAC Secretariat, 2nd floor, Bureau of Immigration Main Office, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila on November 6, 2009 during office hours. Said document will be furnished prospective bidders after submission of Letter of Intent . All applicants shall be notified on the result of the eligibility screening. Only eligible bidders shall be issued the approved scope of works/specifications and other bidding documents and requirements.

The Bureau of Immigration reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any required formality and accept the offer most advantageous to the government. The Bureau of Immigration likewise assumes no obligation to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expenses or losses that may be incurred in the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
