INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Bureau of Immigration (BI), through the Bids and Awards Committee, invites suppliers to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract:


Name of Contract        :    CCTV DVR Software
Location                    :    BI Main Office, BI Bicutan, BI NAIA Terminal I
Approved Budget
for the Contract (ABC)  :    P 500,000.00 each

Prospective suppliers should possess a valid License applicable to the contract, and have a key personnel and equipment available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
    
All particulars relative to this bidding shall governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 9184 and its implementing Rules and Regulations.

Prospective suppliers may obtain eligibility requirements at the BAC Secretariat, Property Section, 1st floor, Bureau of Immigration Main Office, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila on July 30, 2007 during office hours.

The Bureau of Immigration reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any required formality and accept the offer most advantageous to the government. The Bureau of Immigration likewise assumes no obligation to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expenses or losses that may be incurred in the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
