Sec 42. (a) In addition to the documentary stamp required by existing law, there shall be collected and paid into the Philippine Treasury the following fees for services, as indicated, for aliens seeking to enter or remain in the Philippines under the provisions of this Act:
- Application for non-immigrant visa P30.00
- Passport visa for non-immigrant P50.00
- Application for pre-arranged employment visa P100.00
and for each dependent P30.00 - Application for special non-immigrant visa P50.00
- Application for non-preference quota or non-quota visa P50.00
- Application for non-preference quota visa P80.00
- Application for immigrant visa P50.00
- Certificate of Residence P80.00
- Duplicate of certificate of residence P80.00
- Duplicate certificate of legalization or residence P80.00
- Identification certificate of Philippine citizen P100.00
- Re-entry permit or special return certificate P50.00
- Application for extension or re-entry P20.00
- Extension of re-entry or special return certificate P50.00
- Duplicate re-entry permit or special return P50.00
- Certificate of arrival and identity P50.00
- Emigration Clearance Certificate P30.00
- Duplicate emigration clearance certificate P50.00
- All other certificates P10.00
- Alien crew list visa P50.00
- Filing of motion of appeal or petition for rehearing r reconsideration 25.00
- Petition for amendment of immigration document 20.00
- For every month or a portion thereof of extension of temporary stay 20.00
- For every year or portion thereof of stay beyond two years as non-immigrant student 100.00
- Discharge of military personnel in the Philippines for temporary residence 50.00
- Petition for bond or request for withdrawal of bond 50.00
- Petition for cancellation of alien registration documents 30.00
- Petition for change of status from one nonimmigrant category to another or change 60.00
- Petition for approval of school of course for non-immigrant student 30.00
- Waiver of objection of prior exclusion or deportation under Sec. 29(a)(15) 100.00
- Waiver of objection of exclusion under Section 29(b) 100.00
- Petition for permit to work 30.00
Provided, further still, that all aliens admitted to "pre-arranged employment" under section nine (9) of this Act, but engaged exclusively in religious or educational work, shall be exempted from the payment of the monthly fee of ten pesos for every month of extension of temporary stay. (b) No fee shall be charged for a passport visa granted to a foreign government official or his family, attendants, servants, and employees nor shall a fee be charged for a passport visa for non-immigrant in transit to destination outside the Philippines.
(c) A fee of twenty pesos shall be charged for the issuance of an immigration clearance certificate of an alien in the Philippines who departs for temporary or permanent residence abroad. [Added pursuant to Republic Act No. 144, Sec. 4]
