Schedule of Fees for ACR I-Card Renewal and Issuances: For the information of all concerned employees of the Alien Registration Division (ARD) in the assessment of fees for the Renewal and/or re-issuance of the ACR I-Card of registered foreign nationals, herein is the schedule of fees to be assessed the applicants when applying for renewal or re-issuance of their cards.

Memorandum

        For the information of all concerned employees of the Alien Registration Division (ARD) in the assessment of fees for the Renewal and/or re-issuance of the ACR I-Card of registered foreign nationals, herein is the schedule of fees to be assessed the applicants when applying for renewal or re-issuance of their cards.

        ACR I-Card Schedule of fees

I.    RENEWAL

      • a.    Expiration of the one year validity of the card;
    • b.    Re-registration of alien upon reaching the age of 14;
    • c.    Change of Visa status;
            • d.    Replacement of ACR as required under the Alien Registration Act of 1950 as amended.
                     US$ 50.00


II.    RE-ISSUANCE

  • a.    Lost Card;
  • b.    Damaged Card;
  • c.    Amendments (address, name, nationality, civil status etc.);
  • d.    Rejected Card (wrong entries of information printed in the card due to fault or negligence of the (applicant).     
           US$ 20.00

Note: Except for lost card re-issuance which is the subject to Express Lane fee of P1,000.00 all other transaction shall be assessed an Express Lane fee of P500.00, in addition to applicable immigration fees.

        This schedule of fees is based on the agreement between the Bureau of Immigration and the private proponent Datatrail, Inc. as evidenced by the letter dated 29 January 2007 to the Commissioner from Tomas T. de Leon, President of Datatrail, Inc. reiterating the appropriate fees to be paid in accordance with the Memorandum Agreement executed between the Bureau and the private proponent.
