INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

"Bid for (30) janitors for sanitation, maintenance and janitorial work and services"

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) is inviting interested bidders to apply for eligibility and subsequently to bid for (30) janitors for sanitation, maintenance and janitorial work and services of to be rendered at the premises of (1) the BI Main Office, Intramuros   Manila (2) the BI Detention Center, Bicutan, Taguig City and at (3) BI-PEZA Building, Pasay City. The amount of FIVE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THIRTY NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FOUR PESOS (P5,239,404.00) will be made available to cover funding requirements for janitorial services of (30) janitors per FY 2008 President’s Budget.

    Prospective bidders may obtain eligibility requirements at the BAC Secretariat, General Services Section, 3rd floor, Bureau of Immigration Main Office, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila on 5 and 6 November 2007 during office hours. Deadline of submission of duly accomplished eligibility documents shall be on 12 November 2007. All applicants shall be notified on the result of the eligibility screening. Only eligible bidders are shall be issued the approved scope of works and other bidding documents and requirements. Submission and opening of bids shall be announced on a later date.

    The Bureau of Immigration reserves the right to reject any or all the bids without offering any reason, waive any required formality and accept the offer most advantageous to the government. The Bureau of Immigration likewise assumes no obligation to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expenses or losses that may be incurred in the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
