Please quote your price for:

A. Construction of Roadway and Waiting Shed.

Scope of Work:
1.Concreting of roadway 60m x 5m x 0.15m thick using class b mixture.

2.Fence enclosure 110 meters length using 11/2” diameter galvanized iron sched 40    pipe 3 meters column to column spacing with a height of 2.44 m with cyclone wire.

3.Construction of drainage (0.46 m x 0.40 m x 70m) length using 4” CHB.

B. Construction of waiting Shed.
1.Construction of 15 sq. m. waiting shed with steel re-inforcement, ceiling, roofing and paint.

                                                    
                                                      IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
 
1.    ALL QUOTATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE GENERAL SERVICES SECTION, BUREAU OF IMMIGRATION IN A SEALED ENVELOPE ASAP.
2.    QUOTATIONS SUBMITTED TO THIS OFFICE ARE CONSIDERED AN OFFER OF THE WORK SPECIFIED AT THE PRICE QUOTED.
3.    SERVICES RENDERED ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE BY THE AUTHORIZED INSPECTOR OF THE BUREAU OF IMMIGRATION, COA AND GENERAL SERVICES SECTION.
4.    FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE SERVICE ON THE SPECIFIED DATE WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINE IN THE AMOUNT OF 1/10 OF 1% EVERY DAY DELAY.
5.    DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION IS ON NOVEMBER 5, 2007.
