 All particulars relative to this bidding shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as in the Preliminary Examination of Bids and will conduct post evaluation starting with the bidder with the lowest calculated bid.

 Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents from the BI-BAC Secretariat at the address given below from Monday to Friday, during office hours, except on holidays.

A complete set of Bidding Documents will be available only to prospective bidders from the address below upon payment in the form of cash to the BI Cashier of a non-refundable amount of One Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php1,600.00) for lease of printers and One Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php1,800.00) for lease of desktop computers. The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the Prospective Bidder or his/her duly authorized representative.

The Bureau of Immigration assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses or losses that may be incurred in the preparation of bids.

The Bureau of Immigration reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any required formality and award the aforesaid projects to any contract whose proposal is most advantageous to the government.
