All particulars relative to this bidding shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents from the BI-BAC Secretariat at the address given below from Monday to Friday during office hours, except on holidays. A complete set of Bidding documents will be available only to prospective bidders from the address below upon payment in the form of cash to the BI Cashier of a non-refundable amount of:PhP 15,000.00 - for ICT Equipment, etc,; and PhP 2,000.00 - for Generator Set. The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the Prospective Bidder or his/her/its duly authorized representative. The Bureau of Immigration assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expenses or losses that may be incurred in the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be made. The Bureau of Immigration reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any required formality and award the aforesaid projects to any contract whose proposal is most advantageous to the government.
