The Bureau of Immigration (BI), invites all G-EPS registered companies to submit sealed bids which will require supply and delivery of (1) Replication Server (2) Storage Server (3) Firewall and UPS (4) Power Supply (5) Anti Virus and the required (6) Internet Connection for the Overseas Filipinos Information Filipinos System (OFIS) Project. This is a joint project between the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), Bureau Of Immigration (BI), National Computer Center (NCC) and the Advanced Science and Technology Institute (ASTI). The sum of EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 820,000.00), sourced out from the budget of the Office of the President (OP), shall be made available to fund the project.

        All particulars relative to this bidding shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

          Prospective bidders may obtain Bid documents from the BAC Secretariat, Finance and Management Division, 2nd floor, Bureau of Immigration Main Office, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila from April 13, 2012 to May 02, 2012 during office hours and upon payment of non-refundable amount of P 1,000.00

         The Bureau of Immigration reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any required formality and accept the offer most advantageous to the government. The Bureau of Immigration likewise assumes no obligation to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expenses or losses that may be incurred in the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
