The Bureau of Immigration (BI), through its Bids and Awards Committee, invites all G-EPS registered companies to submit sealed bids for (A) the preparation of (1) Architectural Design (2) Detailed Engineering Plans and (B) Execution of Site Development work for the proposed Bureau of Immigration (BI) Main Office Building located at the Central Business Park I-Island A, Reclamation Area, President Diosdado P. Macapagal Boulevard, Pasay City. The amount of TWENTY ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED NINETY SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR PESOS AND TWENTY-SIX CENTAVOS (P21,396,824.26) being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) will be made available to cover funding requirements for the project.

          All particulars relative to this bidding shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

            Prospective bidders may obtain Bid documents from the BAC Secretariat, Finance and Management Division, 2nd floor, Bureau of Immigration Main Office, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila from April 11, 2012 to April 30, 2012 during office hours and upon payment of non-refundable amount of P 20,000.00.

          The Bureau of Immigration reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any required formality and accept the offer most advantageous to the government. The Bureau of Immigration likewise assumes no obligation to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expenses or losses that may be incurred in the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
