The Bureau of Immigration (BI), through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites telecommunication providers/agencies to bid for the upgrading of telecommunication facilities which includes installation of PABX System, installation of Structured Cabling, ISDN Primary Rate Interface and Handset Units to be rendered at B.I. Main Building, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila. The amount of FIVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php 5,600,000.00) will be made available to cover funding requirements for the project.
The bidding will be conducted through limited source bidding procedure using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in R.A. 9184. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to this bidding shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations.
Prospective bidders may obtain Bidding Documents through PhilGEPS or at BAC Secretariat, Finance and Management Division, Rm. 209, 2nd flr., Bureau of Immigration Main Office, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila, during office hours, from 7am – 5:30pm for P5,000 non refundable fee.
The Bureau of Immigration reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any required formality and accept the offer most advantageous to the government. The Bureau of Immigration likewise assumes no obligation to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expenses or losses that may be incurred in the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
