SUBJECT           :         Alert for Escaped Korean Fugitive

              Based on information provided by the South Korean Embassy that escaped fugitive KIM TAE DONG might attempt to flee the country using a fake passport, most probably under an assumed name.

              In this connection, all immigration officers; immigration supervisors and intelligence personel stationed in the different airports and seaports are hereby alerted and directed to be on the lookout for the wanted korean fugitive, who is still at large.

              If encountered, Mr. kim shall be apprehended and immediately turned over to the Intelligence Division so he could be recommitted to the Bicutan detention center pending his deportation to Korea.

              Copies of Mr. Kim's Photograph shall be placed in all immigration counters and conspicuous places in all airports and seaports.
