INVITATION TO BID


                     The Bureau of Immigration (BI), through its Bids and Awards Committee, invites all G-EPS registered janitorial service providers and agencies to submit sealed bids for forty (40) janitors for sanitation, maintenance and janitorial work and services to be rendered at the premises of (1) the BI Main Office, Intramuros Manila (2) the BI Detention Center, Bicutan, Taguig City and at (3) BI-PEZA Building,Pasay City (4) NAIA III . The amount of EIGHT MILLION PESOS (P8,000,000.00) will be made available to cover funding requirements for FY 2012 janitorial services.

                        All particulars relative to this bidding shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

              Prospective bidders may obtain Bid documents from the BAC Secretariat, Finance and Management Division, 2nd floor, Bureau of Immigration Main Office, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila from November 18, 2011 to December 13, 2011 during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and upon payment of non-refundable amount of P 5,000.00.

                   The Bureau of Immigration reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any required formality and accept the offer most advantageous to the government. The Bureau of Immigration likewise assumes no obligation to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expenses or losses that may be incurred in the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
