MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. AFF-2007-001 PRIVILEGES OF PAMURI MEMBERS Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 226, as amended by RA 8756 (An Act Providing for the Terms, Conditions and Licensing Requirements of Regional or Area Headquarters, and Regional Operating Headquarters and Regional Warehouses of Multinational Companies, Amending for the Purpose Certain Provisions of Executive Order No. 226, Otherwise Known as the Omnibus Investment Code of 1987) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, holders of multiple entry special visa under Article 60 thereof are exempt from securing alien registration certificates and other immigration documents. Corollary thereto and pursuant to Memorandum of Agreement dated February 16, 2005 signed between the BI and Philippine Association of Multinational Companies’ Regional Headquarters, Inc. (PAMURI), PAMURI members shall be given courtesy during their exit and entry through the “Immigration special Lane’ area at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) subject to existing rules and regulations of the BI. In view thereof, all immigration personnel at the international airports are reminded of the above privileges of PAMURI members who are holders of multiple entry special visa and they should be accorded them. Furnish copies of this Memorandum Order to the Chief, Immigration Regulation Division (IRD), Head Supervisor, NAIA I and II, Alien Control Officers, BI-Cebu and Davao.
